1. Scope

These terms apply to the purchase of the digital eBook "Elterngeldtrick Guide" via the website elterngeldtrick.info. The provider of the content is Manuel Forche, Bodelschwinghstr. 98, 41751 Viersen, Germany (see Legal notice).

2. Formation of contract and contractual partner

The purchase is processed via the Digistore24 platform. Digistore24 acts as a reseller: the purchase contract for the eBook is concluded between you and Digistore24, not directly with Elterngeldtrick.info. Digistore24 is responsible for invoicing, payment processing and the exercise of statutory rights such as withdrawal; responsibility for the content of the eBook lies with Elterngeldtrick.info.

3. Description of services

The "Elterngeldtrick Guide" is a digital guide (PDF/ePub) providing general information about German parental allowance, with a focus on families who already have a child. The guide is written in German. The exact scope of delivery is set out on the order page.

4. Prices and payment

The currently valid price is shown on the Digistore24 order page. As a small business within the meaning of § 19 UStG, no VAT is shown on the part of Elterngeldtrick.info; invoicing is carried out by Digistore24.

5. Delivery

Once payment has been received successfully, you receive the download link by email and via the Digistore24 customer area.

6. Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal policy applies. For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire early if you have expressly agreed to immediate performance.

7. Liability

The content of the guide is based on careful research but does not replace individual legal, tax or Elterngeld advice. No guarantee can be given for accuracy, completeness or currency. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

8. Dispute resolution

I am neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
