Right of withdrawal

This is a convenience translation. The German version is the legally binding one.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Manuel Forche, Bodelschwinghstr. 98, 41751 Viersen, Germany, kontakt@elterngeldtrick.info) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by email). As the purchase is processed via Digistore24, you can also declare your withdrawal directly through the Digistore24 customer area.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received under it will be refunded to you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which notice of your withdrawal was received.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal expires early if performance of the contract – that is, provision of the download – has begun before the end of the withdrawal period, after you have

• expressly agreed that performance should begin before the end of the withdrawal period, and
• confirmed your awareness that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.

This consent is expressly obtained during the Digistore24 order process.
